You will have one minute to prepare on what you’re going to speak. So in that duration, see the topic (Which would be written on a piece of paper that the interviewer would share with you) and make a flowchart or list the important things you might want to say pertaining to that topic. Then speak on the same for two minutes. be cool, calm and confident. Don’t fumble. The interviewer won’t really look at what you are speaking. He/ she will pay attention to how you are speaking. So be crystal clear, cool and confident while speaking. It is very easy so don’t worry. You can practice speaking by standing in front of a mirror. Do this a couple of times and you’ll gain confidence eventually.
